Ghouls Ahoy!
Woooooooooooooooooo!

'Tis Hallowe'en! So what is everyone doing tonight? I am going to a friends to make toffee apples and then going for a walk out to the Auld Kirk in Alloway, scene of the famous poem Tam 'O Shanter.

Hallowe'en in Scotland is an ancient tradition, which (in my own opinion) has become a bit plastic in the past few years. Sure, it's fun for the kids, but does anyone really know why we celebrate Hallowe'en to begin with? And what are the traditional forms of celebration? Here's some links for you to digest along with your sweeties :)
